The Project Manager role at LeadEX is a full-time, on-site position based in Faisalabad. This position involves overseeing the end-to-end delivery of outbound campaigns targeting the Australian B2B market. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning project timelines, coordinating logistics related to meeting scheduling and follow-up, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards. Close collaboration with sales, operations, and client stakeholders is essential to align project scope, resolve issues promptly, and continuously optimize processes. Additionally, the Project Manager will prepare regular status reports, manage risks, and maintain clear, professional communication with both internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the complete delivery of outbound sales campaigns, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Plan and manage project timelines, coordinating resources and activities to meet deadlines.
- Handle logistics related to scheduling meetings and following up with prospects.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to track campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct inspections of project deliverables to verify compliance with quality standards and client requirements.
- Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and client teams to align project goals and resolve any issues.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

- Strong project management skills, including timeline planning, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication.

- Logistics management skills to coordinate meetings, data flows, and operational processes across multiple teams and markets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of collaborating with diverse teams and international clients.
