Kodestra is a dynamic and expanding tech and digital solutions agency specializing in building impactful digital products, managing custom workflows, and delivering technical solutions for both international and local clients. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team at our Rawalpindi office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading projects from initiation through to successful delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily project workflows, deliverables, and team schedules while working on-site.
- Act as the primary liaison for client communications, providing updates and gathering requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams including developers, designers, and recruiters to assign tasks and enforce deadlines.
- Proactively identify risks or bottlenecks in projects and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, track milestones, and deliver regular progress reports to management.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Project Management, Team Coordination, or Agency Operations, preferably within a tech or digital agency environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong leadership capabilities including problem-solving, time management, and team supervision.
- Ability to commute daily to the office located near 6th Road, Kateria Market, F-Block, Rawalpindi.
