Project Manager - Haball Private Limited

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and timely communication while managing expectations effectively.
- Translate client requirements into detailed project plans, ensuring alignment between client needs and internal teams.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, guaranteeing smooth execution, timely delivery, and adherence to scope and quality standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Development, Quality Assurance, and Business Analysis to ensure seamless collaboration and timely deliverables.
- Lead client meetings, project kick-offs, requirement discussions, progress reviews, and status updates.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, proactively resolving bottlenecks and escalating concerns when necessary.
- Collaborate with banks, payment gateways, financial institutions, and external partners to facilitate successful integrations and implementations.
- Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage sprints, backlogs, deliverables, and continuous improvement processes.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, track progress, and provide transparent reporting to both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth project handover, client satisfaction, and that delivered solutions meet business objectives.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Project Management within FinTech, Payments, Banking, or Software Development environments.
- Proven expertise in client-facing project management, stakeholder engagement, and expectation management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage software projects from requirements gathering through to implementation and delivery.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including Developers, QA Engineers, and Business Analysts.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycles.
- Familiarity with digital payments, financing solutions, banking integrations, and the broader fintech ecosystem.
- Experience working with banks, payment gateways, or financial institutions is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Figma, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Project.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, planning, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and tight deadlines effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Benefits
