Project Manager Intern Karachi

We are looking for a motivated Project Manager Intern to join our team onsite in Karachi. This internship is designed for fresh graduates or final-semester students who are eager to start a career in IT Project Management. The role provides hands-on experience with software development projects and exposure to widely used project management methodologies. Candidates should be organized, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The working hours for this position are from 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in planning and coordinating multiple projects.
- Monitor project progress, tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Coordinate effectively with developers, QA, UI/UX designers, and other team members.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and provide regular updates on project status.
- Actively participate in daily stand-ups and project meetings.
- Maintain task updates using project management tools.
- Identify and promptly communicate any basic project blockers or delays.
- Support the team in ensuring all tasks are completed within set deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduate or final-semester student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in BBA, Business, IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of project management concepts and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with Agile methodology, including Scrum framework, sprints, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Knowledge of Waterfall methodology, project life cycle, task tracking, prioritization, project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with a good command of English.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Willingness to learn and grow within an IT environment.

- Must be available for onsite work in Karachi.
