This role involves leading and managing large-scale projects with a strong focus on delivering results, ensuring quality, and maintaining safety standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing challenges, identifying effective solutions, and guiding teams to resolve issues efficiently. Collaboration across multiple teams to address key project concerns and achieve customer satisfaction is essential. Additionally, the role requires overseeing operational targets and integrating Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) practices into daily project management. Early involvement in projects, including support for budgeting, forecasting, and solution finalization during pre-sales stages, is also a critical aspect of this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze problems, develop solutions, and lead teams to resolve project-related issues effectively.
- Provide leadership across various teams to manage critical challenges and ensure successful project delivery with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Manage quality as a fundamental project criterion while embedding Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements into routine project activities.
- Drive operational targets to meet project goals and timelines.
- Support pre-sales activities such as budgeting, forecasting, project planning, and finalizing solutions during early project phases.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management, particularly in large-scale rollout projects with field management responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, including progress tracking, quality assurance, cost control, communication, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and resource allocation.
- Working knowledge in at least two of the following technical domains is required:
- Wireless Networks
- Microwave Networks
- Solar Solutions
- Data Center Deployments
- Fixed Broadband (FBB) Networks
- Core Networks

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
- Experience in Network Merger or SWAP projects will be considered an advantage.
