  • Develop and implement project management plan, ensure project plan is developed and implemented at field level
  • Ensure the target activities and results are achieved

  • Provide technical support to project team during implementation of the project

  • Coordinate and develop strong linkages with stakeholders, discuss advocate and solve problems related to child protection
  • Organize policy dialogues, advocacy and capacity building activities for project staff and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the preparation of learning documents for knowledge management and publications related to Child protection
  • Ensure proper referral system for child protection and social psycho support is in placed
  • Ensure timely reporting of activities to project focal person
  • Build capacity of project staff as well as local level committee,

Monitoring:

  • Ensure that all project activities are continually monitored with reference to the relevant action plans, with reviews of progress and budget on a weekly/monthly basis following the submission of weekly/monthly field reports.
  • Monitor and evaluate program progress, impact and sustainability in collaboration with Technical coordinator, via periodic field visits.
  • In particular, ensure that capacity building activities are adequate and effective.
