Devritech Pvt Limited is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects efficiently, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards. This role demands strong coordination across multiple teams and a proactive approach to managing risks and challenges. The position is based in Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, and requires working the night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and oversee multiple projects from initiation through completion. Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams. Coordinate efforts between development, design, and marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress closely and proactively address risks, delays, and bottlenecks. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet established quality standards. Communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges effectively to all stakeholders. Implement and maintain efficient workflows, processes, and documentation. Manage client expectations and foster strong professional relationships. Track performance metrics and continuously optimize project delivery processes.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment is essential. Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills are required. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities are critical to success. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with great attention to detail. Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Jira. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to navigate challenges effectively.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
An understanding of web development or digital projects is considered an advantage. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred. The role offers a competitive salary package ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs60,000 per month. Opportunities for professional growth within the company are available.
