Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end infrastructure and cloud projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to lead globally distributed teams. A solid technical understanding of cloud migrations, DevOps, application development, and infrastructure implementations is essential. This role involves planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering technology projects within scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards, while collaborating closely with clients, business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and senior management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the full lifecycle delivery of IT projects and consulting engagements, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies, monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, facilitating project kick-offs, status reviews, steering committee meetings, and project closures.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by effectively communicating project status, risks, and issues.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, architects, QA engineers, and consultants, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and constraints; develop mitigation and contingency plans, escalating critical issues to senior management when necessary.
- Track budgets, costs, and resource utilization to ensure project profitability, supporting contract management, change requests, and scope control.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, governance standards, and best practices, conducting lessons-learned sessions and driving continuous improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive project status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations, maintaining accurate documentation and audit readiness.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of IT project management experience, including managing digital transformation teams in both agile and waterfall environments within IT services, software development, or consulting.
- Proficiency with JIRA or similar project management tools.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and working with enterprise clients and external stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Preferred Qualifications

- Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps deployments and cloud migration initiatives.
- Expertise in agile, scrum, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
- Skills in vendor and contract management, risk and issue management, resource and budget management.
