Project Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and coordinate web and e-commerce projects, ensuring they are executed smoothly, communicated effectively, and delivered on time. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a basic understanding of web development and design, and proficient English communication abilities. This role requires managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management
- Manage and coordinate ongoing web and e-commerce projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate closely with designers and developers to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, track deadlines, and manage deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and updates using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Communicate project requirements, updates, and any changes effectively with relevant stakeholders.

Upsell Support
- Assist in the upselling process for existing web and e-commerce clients by identifying potential opportunities.
- Communicate additional service possibilities based on client needs and project scope.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate upsell activities and ensure smooth execution.
- Keep detailed records and follow up on upsell-related communications and activities.

Required Qualifications
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience managing web, design, or e-commerce projects.
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for project tracking and reporting.
- Basic understanding of web development concepts.
- Fundamental knowledge of graphic and web design principles.
- Excellent coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Other Details
- Work shift: Night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
- Location: On-site position based in Johar Block 4, Karachi.
- Salary range: Rs50,000 to Rs90,000 per month.
- Work arrangement: In-person attendance required.
