Project Manager

The Project Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Karachi Division. The successful candidate will oversee hosting and data center projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and align with client expectations. This role requires planning project scope and timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing resources and budgets effectively. The Project Manager will expedite tasks, monitor logistics related to equipment and services, and conduct inspections to ensure compliance with technical and safety standards. Additionally, they will prepare progress reports, manage stakeholder communications, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain project performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and define project scope, objectives, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams across hosting and data center projects.
- Manage resources, budgets, and schedules to optimize project execution.
- Expedite procurement and delivery of materials and services to meet project milestones.
- Oversee logistics management, including movement, storage, and allocation of equipment and resources.
- Conduct inspections to verify work quality, compliance with specifications, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to address issues proactively.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven project management skills encompassing planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.
- Relevant experience in the domain hosting industry, with a strong understanding of VPS and VPS Cloud hosting services and infrastructure. Experience managing hosting-related IT projects is mandatory.
- Proficiency in expediting to ensure timely delivery of materials, services, and milestones.
- Inspection skills to verify compliance with quality, safety, and technical requirements.
- Logistics management expertise to handle equipment and resource allocation effectively.
- Background in IT, web hosting, data centers, or telecommunications project environments is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail and effective time management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work efficiently with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
