Haseen Habib is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Project Manager specializing in Electrical systems to lead Fire Fighting and Life Safety System projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initiation through to final handover, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage complex projects effectively. The position is based in Karachi and requires on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Fire Fighting and Life Safety System projects throughout all phases, including initiation, execution, installation, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project progress.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and overall progress to meet deadlines and financial targets.
- Ensure strict compliance with NFPA standards and all relevant local safety regulations.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical reports and progress updates.
- Identify potential challenges during project execution and implement timely corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Deliver projects within agreed timelines while upholding quality and safety standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in project execution and project management, preferably within well-established organizations.
- Proven experience managing commercial, industrial, or high-rise projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting Systems.
- Excellent leadership, project management, coordination, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project planning, monitoring, and reporting tools.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is considered an advantage.
