Haseen Habib is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Project Manager specializing in Electrical systems to lead Fire Fighting and Life Safety System projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initiation through to final handover, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage complex projects within commercial, industrial, or high-rise environments. The position is based in Karachi and requires on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Fire Fighting and Life Safety System projects from start to finish.
- Oversee all phases of project execution, including installation, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project progress.
- Monitor and control project timelines, budgets, resources, and overall progress.
- Ensure compliance with NFPA standards and applicable local safety regulations.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical reports and progress updates.
- Identify challenges during project execution and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Deliver projects within agreed timelines while upholding quality and safety requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in project execution and project management.
- Proven experience working with reputable organizations, preferably on commercial, industrial, or high-rise projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting Systems.
- Excellent leadership, project management, coordination, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project planning, monitoring, and reporting tools.
