Haseen Habib Trading (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager based in Karachi to lead and manage Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, and Life Safety System projects. The ideal candidate will oversee projects from initiation through to successful completion, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and schedule requirements. This role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent coordination skills to work effectively with internal teams, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Fire Fighting and Life Safety System projects from start to finish.
- Oversee project execution including installation, testing, commissioning, and handover phases.
- Coordinate with internal departments, external consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and overall progress to meet deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with NFPA standards as well as applicable local safety regulations.
- Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Identify potential project challenges early and implement timely corrective measures to mitigate risks.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in project execution and management, specifically in Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting Systems.
- Proven experience managing commercial, industrial, or high-rise projects within reputable organizations.
- Strong technical knowledge of fire protection and life safety systems.
- Excellent leadership, project planning, coordination, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project monitoring and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
