Project Manager - L4

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with a strong background in SAP implementations, including full life cycle projects and S/4HANA, specifically within the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage complex, parallel projects that involve both SAP and non-SAP systems, while effectively engaging and managing multiple stakeholders. Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or finance domains is highly desirable to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business processes and challenges.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee complex, parallel projects involving SAP and non-SAP systems, coordinating cross-functional teams and resources.
- Engage with stakeholders at various levels to communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Drive collaboration between technical teams, business units, and external partners to ensure seamless integration and adoption of SAP solutions.
- Manage project scope, budget, and timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Identify and resolve project issues proactively to minimize impact on deliverables.
- Facilitate change management and support organizational readiness for SAP transformations.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in SAP full life cycle implementations, including S/4HANA.
- Strong background in the automotive industry, with a clear understanding of its specific SAP requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, including both SAP and non-SAP initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of balancing diverse interests and expectations.
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or finance domains is preferred to enhance project relevance and impact.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
