Project Manager

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead lighting projects from initial planning through to successful completion. The ideal candidate will bring 4 to 6 years of experience in project management within the lighting, electrical, or related industries. This role requires strong technical knowledge of lighting solutions, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams. The position is based in Bahria Town, Lahore, and involves hands-on management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute lighting projects from initiation through completion.
- Develop detailed project timelines, budgets, resource plans, and execution schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Review lighting layouts, specifications, BOQs, drawings, and technical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and timelines to maintain adherence to approved budgets and schedules.
- Oversee procurement activities, material availability, deliveries, and installation processes.
- Conduct regular site visits to supervise project implementation and installation work.
- Identify project risks, resolve technical and operational challenges, and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Prepare and present project status reports, progress updates, and documentation for management and clients.
- Manage project handover, commissioning, snagging, and final completion activities.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant project management experience, preferably within the lighting, electrical, construction, or building solutions sectors.
- Strong technical understanding of lighting products, electrical systems, layouts, BOQs, and installation procedures.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills.
- Exceptional planning, coordination, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, project management software, and relevant technical tools.
- Solid knowledge of project budgeting, procurement processes, timelines, and resource management.
- Willingness to travel to project sites within Lahore and other locations as required.
