Project Manager

Garland Foods Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to lead the establishment and management of a call centre and retail sales operations system for approximately retail shops across Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing customer databases, shop identification systems, sales territories, delivery routes, CRM tools, and reporting procedures. This role requires strong leadership to recruit and train a team of calling staff and to coordinate daily operations with sales, distributors, dispatch, and accounts teams. The ideal professional will be proactive, with excellent planning, communication, and operational management skills, capable of building an efficient and scalable system from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the setup and management of a call centre and retail sales operations system covering multiple retail shops across Karachi.
- Develop and implement customer databases and shop identification systems to streamline operations.
- Define and organize sales territories and delivery routes to optimize coverage and efficiency.
- Select, deploy, and manage CRM tools and reporting procedures to track performance and support decision-making.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of calling staff, ensuring high productivity and quality standards.
- Coordinate daily activities with sales teams, distributors, dispatch units, and accounts departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor operational workflows and continuously improve processes to enhance customer experience and sales effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on project progress and operational metrics.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in project management, preferably in call centre setup and retail sales operations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and teams simultaneously.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in recruiting, training, and managing staff.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with various internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and database management systems.
- Sound knowledge of sales territory management and delivery logistics.
