Dynamics Solution and Technology is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Project Manager to lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementation projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This role requires strong leadership and excellent communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders and drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate efforts among functional consultants, technical teams, developers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks early, resolve issues promptly, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Manage project scope, handle change requests, track dependencies, and maintain clear stakeholder expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing escalations professionally.
- Conduct project review meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action items and deliverables.
- Prepare comprehensive project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
- Ensure thorough project documentation, including plans, meeting minutes, risk registers, and status reports.
- Oversee testing phases, including user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, go-live activities, and post-implementation support.
- Guarantee that projects meet business requirements, delivery commitments, and quality standards.
- Apply established project management methodologies and best practices to enhance project delivery and team performance.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant project management experience, preferably focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations.
- Hands-on experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation projects is mandatory.
- Proven track record of managing projects through the complete implementation lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, resource management, risk management, and change control processes.
- Experience using Microsoft Project or similar project management tools is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.

Compensation and Work Location

The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 300,000 to Rs 500,000. This role requires the candidate to work on-site.
