Encyphers is a leading technology consultancy specializing in delivering tailored eCommerce solutions across major platforms including Shopify Plus, Magento, Salesforce, and BigCommerce. We are currently seeking an experienced Software Project Manager to lead and coordinate software development projects from inception through to successful delivery. This role requires ensuring projects meet client requirements, are completed on time, and maintain high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage software development projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with client expectations. Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, facilitating clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle. Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana to track tasks, monitor progress, and manage deadlines effectively. Develop detailed project plans and timelines, while overseeing budget management to ensure projects remain financially viable. Proactively identify risks and challenges, implementing strategies to mitigate potential issues before they impact delivery. Maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and alignment. Oversee quality assurance processes, including thorough testing and quality checks, to guarantee that deliverables meet the highest standards.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Software Project Manager, preferably within software development or the eCommerce industry. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall is essential. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams. Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and a keen eye for detail to ensure project success.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or BigCommerce is highly desirable.
