Project Manager - Night Shift

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Project Manager to join our Research Support & Publications (RSP) department on the night shift. This role is based at our office on Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, with working hours from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM. The ideal candidate will possess strong English communication skills, excellent client-handling experience, and the ability to efficiently coordinate projects while maintaining positive relationships with clients. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply. While prior project management experience is preferred, fresh candidates with strong communication and client interaction skills will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage client inquiries and maintain professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate research support and publication-related projects from initiation through to completion.
- Regularly follow up with clients and provide timely updates on project status.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects progress according to agreed timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project updates, and follow-up schedules.
- Address client concerns professionally to ensure a positive experience.
- Monitor project progress and promptly communicate any delays or issues to relevant teams.

Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proven client-handling experience is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge or experience in project management, customer support, research support, or academic publications is preferred.
- Fresh candidates with excellent English communication and client-handling skills will also be considered.
- Good organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently during night-shift hours.
- A professional attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong follow-up skills.
