Project Manager Technical Lead

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team and support our US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience and a strong ability to drive projects to successful completion. This role involves overseeing project timelines, budgets, risk mitigation, and ensuring that software development processes function smoothly. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with Functional Managers and offshore clients to gather requirements, define project scope, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure consistent reporting, risk mitigation, timeline adherence, and cost control across projects.
- Facilitate the software development process to operate as intended, working closely with Functional Managers to prioritize and encourage efficient workflows.
- Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects following established Project Management best practices.
- Organize and lead communications and meetings with offshore clients to collect requirements and prepare project scopes.
- Deliver project outputs on time, within budget, and within scope, while maintaining an up-to-date project schedule.
- Support professional development and training initiatives for team members.
- Prepare and present status reports to senior management regularly.
- Use various processes, meetings, and documentation to ensure continuous progress and early identification of issues.
- Enforce adherence to company-defined guidelines and processes, monitoring compliance throughout the project.
- Ensure the development team maintains proper version control and configuration management.
- Share lessons learned with relevant personnel to promote continuous improvement.
- Take full responsibility for the on-time delivery of solutions.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
- Proven ability to plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects based on recognized Project Management principles and best practices.
- Master’s Degree in Science or Business.
- Experience working with cutting-edge technologies such as Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Internet of Things (IoT), and Blockchain.
