Project Manager Technical Lead

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team and support our US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience and be capable of driving projects to successful completion while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including offshore clients and functional managers, to facilitate smooth software development processes and deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure consistent project reporting, risk mitigation, timeline adherence, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee the software development process to confirm it operates as intended and meets client expectations.
- Collaborate closely with Functional Managers to facilitate, encourage, and prioritize project workflows.
- Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects following established Project Management best practices.
- Coordinate communications and meetings with offshore clients to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Deliver project outputs on time, within budget, and within scope while maintaining an updated project schedule.
- Support professional development and training initiatives for team members to enhance skills and performance.
- Prepare and present status reports to senior management, highlighting progress, risks, and issues.
- Utilize various processes, meetings, and documentation to ensure continuous project progress and early problem identification.
- Enforce adherence to company guidelines and processes, monitoring compliance across teams.
- Ensure proper version control and configuration management within the development team.
- Facilitate the sharing of lessons learned with relevant personnel to promote continuous improvement.
- Take full responsibility for the on-time delivery of solutions, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, demonstrating the ability to lead complex projects successfully.
- Proven expertise in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects based on recognized Project Management principles and best practices.
- Master’s degree in Science, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working with cutting-edge technologies such as Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Internet of Things (IoT), and Blockchain.
