PROJECT MANAGER & UPSELLER

KGT Global Software House is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager & Upseller to join their team in Karachi. This full-time, onsite position requires working hours from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client projects, coordinating with internal teams, and communicating effectively with international clients. Additionally, the role involves identifying upselling opportunities to contribute to the company’s business growth. The salary range for this position is PKR 30,000 to 50,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initiation through to successful delivery, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
- Communicate regularly with international clients to understand their requirements and provide updates.
- Coordinate closely with design and development teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Handle inquiries, proposals, quotations, and orders received through Fiverr.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.
- Identify potential upselling opportunities and convert them into additional revenue streams.
- Monitor project progress, manage deadlines, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Project Management, Client Success, or Account Management roles.
- Practical experience working with Fiverr and managing international clients.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Proven experience in upselling, client handling, and project coordination.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities efficiently.
