PROJECT MANAGER & UPSELLER

KGT Global Software House is seeking a motivated and skilled Project Manager & Upseller to join their team in Karachi. This full-time onsite role involves managing client projects, coordinating with internal teams, and communicating effectively with international clients. The successful candidate will also identify upselling opportunities to contribute to business growth. The position is based in Nazimabad No. 1, Karachi, with working hours from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Salary ranges from PKR 30,000 to 50,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initiation through to successful delivery, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
- Communicate clearly with international clients to understand and fulfill their requirements.
- Coordinate with design and development teams to guarantee timely completion of projects.
- Handle Fiverr platform inquiries, proposals, quotations, and orders efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts and convert them into additional business.
- Monitor project progress, deadlines, and client satisfaction to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Project Management, Client Success, or Account Management roles.
- Practical experience working with Fiverr and managing international clients.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent negotiation abilities.
- Proven experience in upselling, client handling, and project coordination.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
