Project Manager & Upseller (Onsite)

KGT Global Software House is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager & Upseller to join our dynamic team based in Nazimabad No. 1, Karachi. This full-time, onsite position involves working night shifts from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client projects from start to finish, coordinating closely with design and development teams, and maintaining communication with international clients. Additionally, the role requires identifying and capitalizing on upselling opportunities to contribute to the company’s business growth. The salary range for this position is PKR 30,000 to 50,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initiation through to successful delivery, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
- Communicate effectively with international clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Coordinate with design and development teams to ensure timely and quality completion of projects.
- Handle Fiverr platform inquiries, proposals, quotations, and order management.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.
- Identify upselling opportunities within existing projects and convert them into additional revenue streams.
- Monitor project progress, manage deadlines, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Project Management, Client Success, or Account Management roles.
- Hands-on experience working with Fiverr and managing international clients.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent negotiation abilities.
- Proven track record in upselling, client handling, and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
