Project Manager(Mechatronics)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Mechatronics or Electronics to lead and deliver projects efficiently. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing projects on platforms such as Upwork and excel at coordinating with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders. This role requires someone who can oversee technical projects from start to finish while maintaining clear communication and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee mechatronics and electronics projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, timelines, and budgets.
- Handle client interactions on Upwork and other freelancing platforms, including proposal submissions, negotiations, and providing regular project updates.
- Coordinate effectively with design, development, and testing teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress closely and proactively address risks or challenges that arise.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication between clients and internal teams to align expectations and deliverables.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation such as schedules, reports, and progress updates.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project workflows and methodologies.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through exceptional coordination and timely delivery.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics (mandatory).
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience, preferably with exposure to project management or client interaction.
- Strong understanding of mechatronics and electronics systems, processes, and tools.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.

This is a full-time, in-person position offering a monthly salary range of Rs 80,000 to Rs 100,000.
