Project Operation Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Operation Coordinator to join a Canadian-based company specializing in kitchen, home, and bathroom renovation services. This role is based in Johar Town, Lahore, and involves managing project schedules, coordinating with clients and vendors, tracking material deliveries, and ensuring the smooth execution of renovation projects. The ideal candidate will be proactive and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining clear communication among all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project timelines, site visits, and installation schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Liaise effectively with clients, designers, contractors, suppliers, and installation teams to facilitate seamless project flow.
- Track material orders, deliveries, and supplier timelines to avoid delays.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, purchase orders, and progress reports.
- Monitor project milestones, resolve scheduling conflicts, and escalate any delays promptly.
- Assist with inspections, quality checks, invoice processing, and project closeouts to ensure compliance with standards.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, construction, renovation, or interior design.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven experience coordinating contractors, suppliers, and multiple parties involved in projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools to streamline operations.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities to manage complex project demands.

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from PKR 70,000 to 80,000. The working schedule is Monday to Saturday, with regular hours from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM. There is an occasional rotational shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM. This is an in-person role based at the company’s location in Johar Town, Lahore.
