Project Sales Manager + Upseller in a Software House

KGT Global Software House is seeking a motivated and skilled Project Sales Manager & Upseller to join their team in Karachi. This full-time, onsite position requires working hours from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client projects from start to finish, collaborating closely with design and development teams, and maintaining communication with international clients. A key part of the role involves identifying and converting upselling opportunities to support business growth. The salary range for this position is PKR 25,000 to 50,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initiation through to successful delivery, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
- Communicate effectively with international clients to understand their requirements and provide timely updates.
- Coordinate with design and development teams to guarantee the timely completion of projects.
- Handle Fiverr platform inquiries, proposals, quotations, and orders efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.
- Identify upselling opportunities and convert them into additional revenue streams.
- Monitor project progress closely to ensure client satisfaction and quality standards are upheld.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Project Management, Client Success, or Account Management roles.
- Practical experience managing Fiverr accounts, including client communication, order handling, and project coordination.
- Strong English communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability in upselling, client handling, and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
