Project Supervisor (HVAC)

Telerelation is seeking an experienced Project Supervisor with a strong background in HVAC to oversee mechanical contracting projects, ensuring strict adherence to NYSCA standards. The ideal candidate will bring over four years of HVAC project management experience, preferably within a mechanical contracting environment. This role involves comprehensive project oversight including schedule planning, cost monitoring, technical coordination, and contract administration to guarantee successful and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise HVAC installations to ensure compliance with project specifications, relevant regulations, and NYSCA standards. Review project schedules regularly and develop two-week look-ahead plans to maintain workflow efficiency. Analyze blueprints and design specifications to determine appropriate HVAC system configurations. Monitor job costs and budgets on a weekly basis, managing change orders collaboratively with owners and general contractors. Review and submit technical documentation such as RFIs, shop drawings, and method statements. Coordinate effectively with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues promptly. Design and manage detailed project schedules and work instructions to guide field operations. Track site progress to ensure timely completion of project milestones. Recommend quality improvements and cost-saving measures to optimize project outcomes. Oversee timely procurement and delivery of materials in coordination with the Purchasing department. Manage contract administration tasks including billing, expense tracking, and collections. Lead job closeout activities, including punch list resolution, preparation of as-built documentation, and warranty tracking.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of four years’ experience in HVAC project management, ideally within a mechanical contracting setting. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and their sequence of operations is essential. Proficiency in project management tools and software applications is required. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with additional experience in handling complex mechanical projects or familiarity with NYSCA standards will be preferred. The position offers a competitive salary starting from Rs200,000 per month, along with an Eid bonus, health insurance coverage, and paid time off.
