Project Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor with 4 to 8 years of relevant experience to oversee the installation and commissioning of elevators and escalators across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will manage sub-contractors to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality execution, ultimately driving customer satisfaction within their designated territory. This role requires strong coordination with logistics, engineering, and service teams to facilitate smooth project delivery and handover.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute the installation and commissioning of elevators and escalators in accordance with agreed timelines, budget constraints, and TKE Safety and Quality standards.
- Supervise and guide sub-contractors’ workforce to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Coordinate effectively with the Logistics team for material availability, the Engineering team for troubleshooting support, and the Service team to ensure seamless project handover.
- Maintain a strong focus on achieving high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field such as B.Tech, BE, or Diploma.
- Minimum of 4 years and up to 8 years of relevant experience in project supervision, preferably in elevator or escalator installation projects.

This position is a direct hire within the NI Operation department, specifically under NI Operation-NI-Ops Project Management as an Installation Project Supervisor. The role demands a proactive individual capable of managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while meeting project deadlines.
