Project Supervisor

The company is currently seeking a full-time, on-site Project Supervisor based in Karachi. The Project Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily execution of aluminum doors, windows, and façade installation projects. This role requires ensuring that all work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards. The supervisor will coordinate site activities, manage installation teams, monitor project progress, and address operational challenges involving contractors and vendors. Additional duties include reviewing technical drawings and project plans, arranging materials and equipment, conducting site inspections, and maintaining detailed project documentation and reports. The Project Supervisor will also facilitate effective communication between clients, architects, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met and opportunities for continuous improvement are identified.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day project execution for aluminum doors, windows, and façade installations.
- Coordinate site activities and supervise installation teams to ensure timely and quality completion.
- Monitor project progress and resolve operational issues with contractors and vendors.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and project plans to guide installation work.
- Arrange for materials, equipment, and resources required on-site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records.
- Support communication and collaboration between clients, architects, and internal teams.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
- Proven skills in project supervision, site coordination, and construction or façade installation oversight.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and architectural plans.
- Experience in scheduling, resource planning, and basic project management documentation.
- Strong team leadership skills, including task delegation and performance monitoring on-site.
- Effective communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Knowledge of basic quality control, safety compliance, and risk awareness on construction sites.
- Familiarity with aluminum door, window, curtain wall, or façade systems; experience in metal or building materials industry is advantageous.
- Relevant diploma or degree in a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in site supervision or project coordination within construction or architectural finishes is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel and Word.
- Ability to work on-site in Karachi, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Must have a personal mode of transport (bike or car) for commuting to project sites.
