This role is responsible for fostering a fair, transparent, and supportive work environment by managing employee grievances and performance management framework (PMF) cases from initiation to resolution. In addition to handling these sensitive matters, the position ensures smooth daily operations by overseeing canteen billing through SAP, maintaining the Digital Notice Board (DNB) systems in collaboration with external vendors, supporting various operational tasks, and acting as the safety coordinator for the department.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Grievances and PMF Management:
- Manage PMF and employee grievances, including workplace harassment and regular grievances, from start to finish.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and effective case resolution.
- Maintain comprehensive case records, documentation, and follow-up actions to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Ensure all cases are closed within stipulated timelines while adhering to organizational standards.

Digital Notice Board (DNB) Management:
- Oversee vendor service level agreements (SLA) and monitor the performance of DNB systems.
- Coordinate installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of LED displays and other DNB equipment.
- Liaise with vendors, IT teams, and site personnel to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Track faults, maintenance requests, and pending actions to ensure uninterrupted service.

Canteen Billing and SAP Operations:
- Manage monthly billing processes for 52 canteens, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Process Release Orders (RO), Service Entry Sheets (SES), and other billing documentation through SAP.
- Coordinate bill verification and facilitate payment processing.
- Address and resolve any billing discrepancies to ensure smooth financial operations.

MSA Audit and Monthly Reporting:
- Conduct and support audits related to the Master Service Agreement (MSA).
- Monitor compliance requirements and follow up on corrective actions as necessary.
- Consolidate data and submit monthly MSA reports to relevant stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

- Master’s degree, preferably an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in employee relations, grievance handling, and operational support.
