The Project Trainee – Social Media position is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or students currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Communications, or related fields. This is a six-month contractual role based in the Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi, offering hands-on experience in social media content creation and digital marketing within a dynamic media department. The role involves working on-site and provides a monthly stipend ranging from Rs45,000 to Rs50,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging and relevant content tailored for various social media platforms.
- Shoot, edit, and publish videos, reels, and photographs to support marketing campaigns and company events.
- Design basic graphics and digital visuals to enhance marketing efforts.
- Assist with content planning, scheduling, and execution to maintain consistent social media presence.
- Monitor current social media trends and proactively suggest innovative ideas to boost engagement.
- Adhere to company safety and environmental standards during all activities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Marketing, Media Sciences, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of popular social media platforms and their functionalities.
- Familiarity with digital content creation tools such as CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Demonstrated creativity and a strong interest in digital content development.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in video shooting, editing, photography, or proficiency in Photoshop is considered an advantage.
- A portfolio or samples of previous work will be highly valued during the selection process.
