Project/Key Account Manager – Government's Client Management (Agency experience is Mandatory)

We are seeking a skilled Project/Key Account Manager with mandatory agency experience to oversee government and public sector clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing key accounts, client servicing, and project coordination within an agency environment. This role is based in Lahore and requires a minimum of three years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining excellent client relationships, ensuring smooth project execution, and driving client retention through effective communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with public sector clients and key accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Handle all client communications, including emails, meetings, and calls, maintaining professionalism and clarity.
- Coordinate with internal teams and departments to facilitate seamless project delivery and execution.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met and issues are promptly resolved.
- Conduct timely follow-ups and generate accurate reports to keep stakeholders informed.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns and fostering trust.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Management.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in project management, client servicing, retention, or key account management.
- Proven agency experience is mandatory, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in email drafting.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools to support project tracking and documentation.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
