Projects & Procurement Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Projects & Procurement Coordinator with practical experience in overseeing civil and construction projects, as well as managing procurement activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong coordination abilities, be adept at following up on tasks, and demonstrate effective execution skills to ensure project milestones and purchasing requirements are met efficiently. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to support project delivery and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor civil and construction projects to ensure timely and quality completion.
- Manage procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with project teams and suppliers to facilitate smooth operations.
- Conduct regular follow-ups on project progress and procurement status to avoid delays.
- Coordinate with internal departments to align project requirements with procurement schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout project execution and purchasing.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to projects and procurement activities.

Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience in supervising civil and construction projects.
