Prompt Engineer (UNPAID internship)

Saad Tech Works is an AI-driven technology company dedicated to developing innovative digital solutions through artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies. We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy individual for a full-time, unpaid internship as an AI Prompt Engineer & Social Media Content Specialist. This role is based in Islamabad with some flexibility for remote work. The intern will leverage AI tools and prompt engineering techniques to enhance and grow the company’s social media presence. Responsibilities include researching content ideas, crafting and refining AI prompts for posts, images, videos, captions, and other digital content, as well as scheduling and managing social media output while maintaining a consistent brand voice. The role also involves experimenting with various AI tools, analyzing content performance, and optimizing AI-powered content creation workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts across multiple platforms.
- Research trending topics and identify opportunities for relevant and engaging content.
- Create social media posts, captions, graphics, images, videos, and other digital content using AI tools.
- Design, test, and refine prompts to generate high-quality AI-driven content.
- Develop and maintain reusable prompt templates and streamlined content workflows.
- Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, professional, and aligned with the company’s brand identity.
- Monitor social media metrics and use insights to improve future content strategies.
- Experiment with new AI tools and prompting techniques to enhance content creation and automation.
- Collaborate with the team to translate company ideas, projects, and technologies into compelling social media content.

Required Qualifications
- Strong interest in artificial intelligence, generative AI, prompt engineering, and social media management.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital content trends.
- Excellent creativity, communication, and research skills.
- Ability to write clear and effective prompts and instructions for AI tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools for generating text, images, videos, and other content is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of content marketing, branding, or social media management is beneficial.
- Ability to quickly learn new AI tools and independently experiment with them.
- Previous experience in AI-powered content creation or social media management is a plus but not mandatory.
- A degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Media, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
