We’re looking for self-motivated, driven, and curious individuals to join as Business Development & Lead Generation Interns.
This is an 8-week remote internship designed to give you hands-on experience in real-world outreach, market research, and business strategy. You’ll work directly with the founder and team to help generate leads, qualify prospects, and assist in outbound growth efforts.
What You’ll Do:
- Research and identify leads via LinkedIn, Twitter, Clutch.co, and other platforms
- Compile and organize lead data using Notion or Google Sheets
- Assist in sending cold emails and direct messages (scripts + guidance provided)
- Help build lead lists based on target industries
- Track response rates, follow-ups, and performance
- Support day-to-day business development tasks as needed
What You’ll Learn:
- How real businesses find and convert clients
- Cold email outreach strategy and lead funnel building
- B2B communication tactics
- Basic CRM & project tracking tools (Notion, Sheets, etc.)
- Entrepreneurial mindset and remote team dynamics
Who You Are:
- Hungry to learn sales, marketing, or business operations
- Comfortable working independently
- Strong written communication skills
- Reliable, consistent, and detail-oriented
- Previous experience not required — we’ll train you
