As a Project and Customer Success Manager, you will plan and lead mid to large-scale projects. You will be the prime contact for our Clients and mover of your projects: scoping, monitoring, tracking user requirements, technological solutions, communications, project governance, risk management, and readiness.

You’ll connect the dots, build trust and understanding between clients and Propelex resources, and orchestrate the activities needed to make your projects successful. The ideal candidate should have experience managing technical projects that interweave multiple functional client teams and/or multiple systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop and maintain the company’s projects, sales, and marketing documentation and presentation decks
  • Can work in US time zones, hours ranging from 6 pm to 3 am Pakistan Time
  • Review and prepare presentations for Clients and work with team members to have Propelex branding and standards on the deliverables
  • Utilize recordings/notes of sales and project meetings with Propelex project teams, vendors, and clients. Capture action items and respond to attendees with meeting minutes on time
  • Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and responsibility action matrix
  • Assign and oversee the weekly/daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
  • Hold team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
  • Follow-up with in-house teams, vendors, and clients for action items and dependencies assigned to them
  • Maintain project time frames, estimates and status reports
  • Help management and team leads in reviewing deliverable
  • Develop and maintain the company’s management with project documentation and projects slide decks
  • Develop and maintain services agreements, contracts and statement of work
  • Define project responsibilities with stakeholders
  • Create management, communication plans and processes
  • These duties are not exclusive, and with consideration of your job requirements and other skills, the job description can be added to or taken away from at the discretion of your immediate supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Must have A-Levels education or a minimum 3 years of experience working for US or European companies
  • Excellent English writing, speaking, and presentation skills
  • Experience in the area of technology, business development, and marketing.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a diverse type of people in all areas
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in either field is preferred, or 5 years of experience in managing technology projects.
  • PMP or Project Management Certification would be a plus
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment. Self-starter and proactive
  • Project planning, risk management, time management, and other project management skills
  • Proficiency in project management software tools
  • Proficiency in managing a cross-functional team
  • Ability to coordinate multiple activities at once
  • Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries and complaints
  • Good analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to give and receive feedback in a professional manner
  • Ability to timely prioritize tasks through to completion
  • Ability to be flexible, resilient, and change-oriented
  • Recognizes and maintains confidentiality as appropriate
  • Accurate, precise, and attention to detail
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Internet and email use
  • Regular, timely attendance is a must
