As a Project and Customer Success Manager, you will plan and lead mid to large-scale projects. You will be the prime contact for our Clients and mover of your projects: scoping, monitoring, tracking user requirements, technological solutions, communications, project governance, risk management, and readiness.
You’ll connect the dots, build trust and understanding between clients and Propelex resources, and orchestrate the activities needed to make your projects successful. The ideal candidate should have experience managing technical projects that interweave multiple functional client teams and/or multiple systems.
