This role involves representing the company’s diverse portfolio of real estate projects, assisting clients throughout their property buying and investment journeys, and delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, conduct property viewings, and successfully close sales while contributing to the company’s growth in the local market.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in real estate properties.
- Follow up promptly on leads provided by the company.
- Conduct property viewings and hold meetings with clients to understand their needs.
- Recommend suitable property options based on client requirements.
- Negotiate terms and close deals professionally and efficiently.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s CRM system.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in real estate brokerage is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach to work.
- Proficiency in both Urdu and English communication.
