Property Manager

Location: Lahore (Onsite)
Working Hours: Part-time from 1:00 PM onwards
Job Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

We are looking for a skilled Property Manager to oversee the comprehensive management of residential properties. This role involves handling the lettings process, maintaining strong relationships with tenants and landlords, coordinating property maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing tenancy administration. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer service while managing both long-term and short-term rental properties.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire lettings process, from property listing through to tenancy commencement.
- Coordinate property viewings, conduct tenant screening and referencing, and prepare tenancy agreements.
- Act as the primary liaison for landlords and tenants, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Oversee maintenance requests, coordinate with contractors, and conduct routine property inspections.
- Handle tenancy renewals, rent reviews, move-ins, and move-outs efficiently.
- Ensure all properties comply with relevant tenancy and property regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date property and tenancy records.
- Professionally resolve tenant queries and complaints.
- Manage both Long-Term Rental (LTR) and Short-Term Rental (STR) portfolios.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Property Management or Lettings.
- Strong understanding of residential property management and tenancy laws.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience using property management software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Additional Information
Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Lahore or be willing to relocate prior to starting the role. This position requires working onsite.
