Proposal & Pursuit Specialist - Clients & Industries (C&I) - Pakistan

Based in Karachi, with opportunities available in Pakistan, Jordan, or Lebanon, this role offers a competitive salary and the chance to join EY’s MENA Pursuits Excellence team within the Markets Enablement function. As a Deal Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting strategic, high-value pursuits across the MENA region. Your responsibilities will include leading pursuit planning, coordination, and execution by working closely with client-facing teams to develop winning proposals and effective deal strategies. You will apply EY’s Gold Standard Pursuit Process principles, leverage advanced tools, and foster disciplined teamwork to help EY succeed in a competitive marketplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire pursuit lifecycle from qualification through to closure, ensuring all deliverables meet firm standards and deadlines.
- Develop and monitor pursuit project plans, including timelines, workstreams, dependencies, and milestones.
- Facilitate strategy discussions and develop differentiated win themes that address client needs while protecting EY’s interests.
- Create compelling client-facing materials such as proposals, executive summaries, and presentations in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Organize and support preparation for oral presentations and strategic messaging during client meetings.
- Build and maintain pursuit infrastructure using MS Teams, trackers, calendars, and status updates.
- Coordinate with creative services, insights teams, and other internal resources to enhance proposal quality.
- Capture and share knowledge and lessons learned to continuously improve EY’s pursuit practices and tools.
- Promote and apply AI-enabled proposal development tools to boost innovation and efficiency.
- Act as the central coordinator to keep the pursuit team aligned, engaged, and focused on the win strategy.
- Cultivate strong relationships with Service Line, Account, and Business Development leaders.
- Collaborate closely with the Deal Leader to manage internal updates, governance checkpoints, and leadership engagement.

Required Qualifications
- Strong project management and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing clear, persuasive, and client-focused content.
- Solid understanding of pursuit and business development processes.
- Ability to constructively influence teams to encourage strategic thinking and high-quality outcomes.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with multiple competing priorities.
- Creative and solutions-oriented mindset with proficiency in leveraging tools and resources effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and leadership presence, adaptable to various working styles and seniority levels.
- Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience in proposal writing and communications, ideally within a professional services environment.
- Familiarity with the business culture and client expectations in the MENA region.
- Business proficiency in Arabic is advantageous but not mandatory.
