Job Description:
- The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the sales process for a portfolio of properties.
- This includes identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing relationships with clients and potential buyers, and negotiating and closing deals.
- The Property Sales Manager will also be responsible for creating and executing effective marketing campaigns to promote properties and drive sales.
- Additionally, the Property Sales Manager will be responsible for monitoring market conditions and trends and adapting sales strategies accordingly.
This is a full-time position that requires a high degree of autonomy, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
