Prospera Enterprises is seeking a detail-oriented AutoCAD Draftsman with at least two years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong proficiency in AutoCAD software, including both 2D drafting and 3D modeling, and possesses an in-depth understanding of drafting standards, blueprint reading, and construction documentation. This role requires clear communication skills in English and the ability to work efficiently using personal computer equipment. The AutoCAD Draftsman collaborates with project teams to produce precise technical drawings and detailed annotations, supporting the smooth progression of design and construction processes. The successful candidate will focus on delivering accurate and compliant technical drawings that meet project specifications. This requires expertise in detailing, dimensioning, tolerancing, and visualization using AutoCAD tools. The role involves consistent application of annotation scaling, standards management, and active participation in project collaboration to ensure that all documentation aligns with industry standards. Although this position does not include team management responsibilities, it requires a self-driven and meticulous professional committed to quality and precision in drafting work.
Responsibilities

Develop detailed 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings based on project specifications and client requirements.
Interpret and analyze blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings to guide drafting activities.
Apply drafting standards, dimensioning, and tolerancing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Create and maintain construction documentation including drawings, annotations, and revisions.
Use annotation scaling, detailing tools, and visualization techniques to enhance drawing clarity.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams to resolve design issues and ensure coordinated document output.
Manage AutoCAD standards effectively to maintain drawing consistency across projects.
Review and update technical drawings to incorporate design changes and feedback promptly.
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company requirements and quality standards.
Communicate effectively in English to report progress and clarify drawing specifications.
Utilize personal computing equipment to complete drafting tasks efficiently and securely.
