Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills: Effectively interacting with clients and addressing their needs.
- Research Skills: Proficient in gathering relevant information to support outreach efforts.
- Community Outreach Abilities: Experience in engaging with community groups and building relationships.
- Strong Writing Skills: Capable of crafting clear and persuasive emails and reports.
- Experience in a Similar Role: Previous experience in customer outreach, sales, or lead generation is a plus.
- Knowledge of IT Industry Trends and Technologies: Familiarity with current trends and technologies in the IT sector.
- Bachelor's Degree: Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- English Proficiency: Must have strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to Communicate with Customers in English: Comfortable handling customer interactions via email and phone calls.
- Willingness to Work in EST Time Zone: Availability to work from 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
- Python Programming Expertise: Proficient in Python for generating reports and web scraping tasks.
