We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and lead our customer data management, marketing, and graphic design efforts. If you’re a creative marketer with a knack for lead generation and design, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Data & CRM Management
- Organize and manage customer data using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
- Segment and analyze lead databases for targeted campaigns.
- Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
Lead Generation & Digital Marketing
- Develop and execute lead-generation strategies (email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, PPC).
- Optimize marketing funnels and track campaign performance.
- Manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO efforts to increase brand visibility.
- Create engaging content for digital and social media marketing.
- Web scraping
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation
- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager).
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho).
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn marketing.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
