Protocol Officer - Front Office

The Protocol Officer plays a vital role in ensuring that inpatients receive well-maintained rooms and high-quality services throughout their stay. This position requires close collaboration with various support departments to address and resolve patient complaints promptly and effectively. The officer is also responsible for proactively identifying any faulty equipment and coordinating with relevant teams to resolve these issues without delay. Additionally, the role involves supervising room visits for potential clients and new patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure inpatient rooms and services are functioning optimally to meet patient needs.
- Collaborate with support departments to address and resolve patient complaints efficiently.
- Proactively identify faulty equipment and coordinate immediate resolution with concerned departments.
- Supervise room visits for all potential clients and new patients to facilitate a positive experience.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional experience in a similar role or environment.

This is a full-time position with rotational shifts. The work location requires in-person attendance.
