PSM (People Source Management) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Guard to oversee the security operations and ensure the safety of premises and personnel. The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience, demonstrating strong surveillance skills and the ability to handle potentially challenging situations calmly and efficiently. This role demands vigilance, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing security risks. The Guard will manage a team of 14 persons, coordinating daily security activities and maintaining a secure environment across the assigned locations. This leadership responsibility includes training team members, scheduling shifts, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols while promoting a high standard of professionalism and vigilance throughout all operations.
Responsibilities

Monitor premises through regular and systematic surveillance to detect and prevent unlawful activities or violations of rules.
Manage and coordinate a team of 14 security personnel, including scheduling shifts, assigning duties, and providing training and guidance.
Conduct regular inspections and patrols to ensure the safety and security of the property, employees, visitors, and assets.
Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, alarms, and emergencies, employing sound judgment and appropriate conflict resolution techniques.
Maintain detailed and accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities, providing documentation to management as required.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary to address security issues and support investigations.
Enforce company policies and procedures related to safety and security, including access control and visitor management.
Identify potential security weaknesses or threats, recommending and implementing improvements to mitigate risks.
Ensure all team members comply with safety standards, legal regulations, and company policies.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing concerns and inquiries from staff and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
