RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain complete record of each procurement.
- Support in RFQ/tender pack preparation and contract drafting (and its legal vetting, where required).
- Issuance of RFQ and receipt of quotations from participating bidders.
- Safe custody of bid bond and quotations with proper tracking.
- Release of Bid bonds to respective bidders as per approved guidelines.
- Support in price benchmarking and market surveys.
- Maintain complete record of each procurement (both soft and in hard form)
- Coordinate with concerned function for timely issuance of GRN, SAN etc and payment to the vendors.
- Coordinate with end user function and regional Finance team for timely release of Performance Guarantees to respective vendors.
- Support in obtaining signatures on procurement documents from relevant authorities as per approved guidelines.
- Support in preparation of procurement cycle and open POs report.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Qualification:
- Professional Degree in Business Administration (Finance/Supply Chain) from a reputable HEC recognized institute.
Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience in related role.
