We are seeking for an extremely motivated individual who could join ourt team and manage the business of our Islamabad excange.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensuring 100% accurate GIS of all network elements and Tag pin data.
- Ensuring 100% accurate and appropriate mapping of field staff against the network elements.
- Ensuring periodic training of all field staff on quality of installation and fault rectification.
- Ensure the start to end process of providing New Phone Connection to customers is smooth & trouble free.
- Ensuring that all new installations are declared high quality by Quality assurance team.
- Monitor fault rates on daily basis with the help of Micro Strategy link to reduce fault rectification duration
- Categorize DSL faults according to customer segmentation and give high priority to platinum and Gold Customers.
- Ensure zero false rectification claims (OBD) to avoid repeated complaints and consequent customer’s dissatisfaction.
