- Digital Content Creation and Curation
- Responsible for creating, developing and updating new courses, articles on In-House Developed library
- Responsible for generating and curating the content for online courses using the ADDIE model
- Responsible for compiling the end product i.e. a complete course before passing it to the development team.
- Apply instructional design theory to create storyboards, scripts, learning content and assessment material for new e-learning modules
- Create online, engaging and interactive resources to meet service and business need using current e-learning software such as rapid development tools, images, graphics, video, audio, webcasts and podcasts
- Manage subject matter expertise, carrying out content research, evaluation and development as necessary
- Modify and develop content for use on other platforms, such as mobile phones
- Responsible for marketing and promoting the libraries like udemy among the masses through SMART and attractive strategies
- Reporting & Analytics
- Work closely with IT team to improvise and improve the employee experience of in-house libraries.
- Keep a weekly follow up of the libraries and analyze patterns and trends of learning
Sharing digital learning stats and reports with Zones to encourage learning and keep them at par with the status.
Bachelor’s in HR or BS (Computer Sciences)
