Responsibilities:
Operational Activities:
§ Managing the development and O&M of GPON/FTTH projects of region.
§ Coordinating in Survey of sites for FTTH HLD (High Level Design), LLD (Low Level Design) and ODN (Optical Distribution Network) and technical vetting.
§ Technical evaluation of FTTH based projects.
§ Arranging media for sites
§ Monitoring both ISP and OSP part of the project, solving the issues related to ROW and onsite ambiguities and deficiencies.
§ Installation of sites.
§ Testing of sites.
§ Commissioning of sites.
§ Conducting Pat of sites.
§ O&M of GPON ISP equipment.
§ Expansion of the GPON projects and its planning, design and optimization for future smooth execution.
Coordination:
§ Coordinate with third parties (vendors) for proper working of projects and O&M.
§ Giving guidelines to Vendors for project related requirements.
§ Monitoring Vendors performance according to the PIP (Project Implementation Plan).
§ Managing work sheets for proper flow of work on daily/Weekly basis.
§ Coordinating with the OSS and BSS team for the GPON O&M work Flow.
Controlling Activities:
§ Ensuring timely delivery of sites for GPON FTTH.
§ Address the issues of vendors in installation, commission and PAT of sites.
§ Address the issues of vendor in GPON project.
§ Addressing the O&M issues of ISP in GPON.
